Top Tips For Travel

Most of us are only lucky to get away once a year or some of us may even travel more and in some cases for work. My husband travels often for work and doesn’t feel his best when travelling so always needs to take extra care so that he lands at his destination ready to hit the ground running and attend to his work schedule.

Before Travelling

There are definitely a few things that you can do before you travel to prepare your body for a long journey by sea, air or road, and a  change in climate, water and food.

  • Take some probiotics, I recommend Pro Bio Boost, 1-2 capsules taken in the morning half an hour before breakfast. The live bacteria in this blend will benefit your immune system, digestive system and skin.

  • Use a good organic suncream such as one from the Green People, avoiding dangerous nano particles and other nasties.

  • Homeopathic First Aid Kit; remedies for fear of flying, Aconite or Arg Nit, Travel Sickness, Cocculus or Nux Vom, food poisoning, Arsen Alb. The list can go on, bites and stings, sun burn. You can purchase these remedies from a homeopathic pharmacy or I can make individualised mixes for you. It always proves invaluable when you are struck down with something and are miles away from a pharmacy!
